Starting 2017 with some shows, finally

c'est dommage begins their new career as an improvisational comedy duo (made even stranger by the fact that there are four of us) tomorrow up in the Sierra foothills. At the Cozmic Cafe in Placerville. Playing with REVOLUTION BUMMER (who will be reciting poetry from their new vegan cookbook), EXTERNS (who wouldn't know poetry if it slapped them in the face) and TOY TRAPS (who apparently actually play music and are probably much nicer than those Revolution Bummer folks). I you can't make it up there we will be playing at the Elbo Room in San Francisco on Wednesday the 8th of March with DEATH BY UNGA BUNGA (from Norway) and WEE PEEVERS.

New EP

It's been a long time. This was recorded near the end of 2015. Three songs. The last recording with Jesse in the band. It's pretty good. You can also listen to it on Spotify.

First show in oh so long

It's been a long time. We've been working on a new record. The stuff sounds good. We are finally playing a show. We'll be playing a bunch of new stuff. It's at the Bottom of the Hill on Wednesday, July 8th.

Hey, so there is a new USE compilation cassette tape coming out on Thursday. We have a song on it, The Episode of the American and the Horse. It was recorded at the same time as the LP. Said tape will be released at a show that night at The Knockout on Mission St. in San Francisco. The show will cost $5 and you get a copy of the cassette when you pay to get in. Pretty good deal. We will play that show. We play first at like 9 or so. After us will be KRANKCASE, LITTLE SISTER and APOGEE SOUND CLUB.

Please will not be playing that show, Dark Materials will. Things happen in life.

Elbo Room

We're more sure about this one. The Elbo Room, election day, Tuesday, November 4th with Apogee Sound Club, Regression and Please. Show is at 9, it's $6, that's reasonable. We'll be there early doing stand-up comedy and giving out prizes (both lies but we might be out front making bad inside jokes and willing to give you a piece of gum if you ask so it sort of isn't). Whatever, it's not like any of this makes you a better person than me. Sorry, multitasking isn't my strong suit. Come on down.

The Nite Light

So we're pretty sure that we're playing this next Wednesday, October 8th at the Nite Light in Oakland. It's like Jack London Square. I think it's right next to Souley Vegan. Future Space and Time is also playing, maybe my favorite band in the Bay Area. It should be super chill. Should start at 9? We play first? Ask the internet. Oh, you did? Sorry.
